We are now accepting our first round of pre-orders for our 572, 562 Mark II, and 592 mufflers. As we get caught up, we will accept additional pre-orders. If the product you are interested in appears as 'out of stock' instead of 'pre-order now', please add your email to the notification list using the 'notify when available' button and we will let you know when the next round of pre-orders is available. We appreciate everyone's patience as we work through the very high demand. Unfortunately, our 550 muffler is not yet back in stock due to a manufacturing issue. We are working on getting this fixed as soon as possible.

Policies
Return & Refund Policy We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new, unused condition with its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. To start a return, please contact us at steadfastforestry@gmail.com. Items must not be returned without prior authorization. All returns must be shipped via post office to: Steadfast Forestry Products 188 Line Hill Road Huntsville, Ontario, Canada P1H 2N5 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect. Inspection & Restocking Fee All returned items are subject to inspection. If a return is claimed as defective or damaged but is found to be in working, sellable condition, a 20% restocking fee will apply and return shipping will not be reimbursed. Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. For faster processing, please include photos or a video of the issue. Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns for: - Items that have been tampered with or altered in any way - Sale or final-sale items - Gift cards - Custom or made-to-order products If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us before purchasing. Exchanges The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your original item (once accepted) and place a new order separately. Refunds We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. A 20% restocking fee may apply in certain cases. If your return is rejected, we can return the item to you at your expense, upon request.
