Prepaid Import Fees (How It Works)

For all U.S. orders, we provide a pre-order quote that includes:
 

• Product pricing

• Shipping (Canada Post → USPS)

• Estimated import fees (duties, brokerage, and related costs)
   

Once your quote is accepted, we’ll send a final invoice with a secure payment link. We accept all major credit cards, including Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Shipping & Delivery

• Orders ship via Canada Post and are handed off to USPS for final delivery

• A shipping confirmation (with tracking information) will be provided once your order ships

• All shipments are fully insured for their declared value

• Transit times may vary depending on customs processing and courier conditions

• Import fee estimates are based on current rates and carrier practices at the time of purchase

• All U.S. pre-orders are final sale, including products, shipping, and prepaid import fees

• Refused or rejected shipments are non-refundable

• Full name and USPS shipping address

• Phone number and email (required by the courier and U.S. Customs)

• The product(s) you would like to purchase

We will send you a detailed quote including shipping and prepaid import fees.
